Cot mattress was too big
I am pretty surprised by the way the online baby shops are selling their products. For example, some time ago I wanted to buy a cot bed and I wanted it to be bought together with a cot mattress. The online baby shop I chose did not have such option. They had cot beds but they did not sell cot mattresses. For me it was something unusual and weird. I decided to look around in different online shops and I found a shop that was selling cot beds and cot mattress in one set. When I finally decided on the model I wanted I ordered it and I waited for the deliver. Of course the deliver was delay but finally the cot bed along with cot mattress arrived to me. When I opened the box and I check all elements everything looked just perfect. But the very same day I started putting together the cot bed. When I finished this work I noticed that the cot mattress was to big for this type of cot bed. I contacted with the online baby shop and I describe the whole situation to them. The return e-mail was shocking. The owner of the shop wrote that the cot bed and the cot mattress are from the same set and that I wrongly put together the cot bed and that he will not give me my money back. I really do not know what to do as I try many different variants of putting together the cot bed and every time the cot mattress is jus too big.
