Meanwhile Our southern premier opponents, Banbury started the season with a five-game unbeaten run. However, they have since lost their last two and dropped to 12th in the league above ourselves. Banbury advanced to this round with a 1-0 victory over Mangotsfield United of step nine.
We last visited the Puritans in February 2007 in the last 16 of the Southern league cup where we lost 1-0.
