Since first joining Chase Terrace Old Scholars in 1966, Mick has been at the heart of the club’s journey. Over six remarkable decades, his loyalty, leadership, passion, and hard work have helped shape Chasetown Football Club into the club it is today.

Mick played a major role in guiding the club through the local leagues and helping secure its place in the West Midlands League. He was also instrumental in the development of The Scholars Ground, helping to create the home that players, supporters, and the wider community are proud of today.

His contribution extends far beyond milestones and achievements. Mick has long been known for his warmth, humility, and genuine love for people. For generations, he has welcomed players, supporters, officials, and visitors through the gates with pride and kindness, becoming a familiar and respected figure at the heart of the club.

In recognition of 60 years of outstanding service, commitment, and devotion, Chasetown Football Club is honoured to officially name its hospitality suite The Joiner Suite.

This is a fitting tribute to a man whose vision, passion, and dedication have helped build the foundations of the football club and whose legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
