The Foundation was born out of a desire to transform a personal tragedy into a catalyst for positive change. Christy’s passing left a void we’ve chosen to fill with action and purpose. By supporting events and organisations that align with Christy’s values and the pressing needs of our community, we aim to create opportunities for those in the toughest of circumstances.

Cycle for Christy is the key fundraising event for The Christy Lambe Foundation in 2024.

This is a multi-day cycling event, leaving from Sutton Coldfield on the 6th of July and ending in Clonaslee, Ireland on the 10th of July. The route is approximately 311 miles.

Route

Day 1 – 6th July

Sutton Park, Streetly Gate Entrance – Chester (73 Miles).

Day 2 – 7th July

Chester – Llandudno (47 Miles).

Day 3 – 8th July

Llandudno – Holyhead (48 Miles) Mid-afternoon ferry across to Dublin for the evening.

Day 4 – 9th July

Dublin – Clonaslee (72 Miles) Anniversary.

Day 5 – 10th July

Clonaslee- Dublin Airport – Birmingham.
