Chasetown Football Club is delighted to announce Peter Bailey as our new General Manager. Peter has been a dedicated volunteer at the club for several years, contributing across a range of areas including league administration, finance, and volunteer coordination. More recently, he’s played a key role in our media efforts, helping to strengthen our connection with fans.

In his new role, Peter will oversee the club’s day-to-day operations, manage staff, and work closely with the board to support the club's long-term growth. His focus will include enhancing commercial partnerships and ensuring the sustainability of the club for future generations, in particular daytime usage of the club and pitch.

Chairman Steve Jones said: “Peter’s energy, commitment, and deep connection to the club make him the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that he will help drive Chasetown FC forward and look forward to working together to achieve our shared goals. This also marks another significant milestone in the clubs growth and the start of a new phase of development at the club”

Peter, who has enjoyed a successful career outside football, shared: “I’m excited to take on this new challenge at Chasetown. The club’s vision, outstanding commercial partners, sponsors, community spirit, and dedicated volunteers make this a very special place. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with Chasetown FC to help the club grow and reach its full potential.”
