Chasetown put up a good fight and held one to win 1-0 at Lutterworth today.
A Luke Yates goal proved to be the difference as he curled home on the 54th minute.
Other chances saw Luke Jeffery spill the ball in the 22nd minute however Chasetown couldn’t capitalise.
Lutterworth gave there all and came close after the half hour mark when Kris Taylor blocked an effort from the Swifts.
Despite giving it there all Lutterworth were unable to score past Curtis Pond for his 100th clean sheet.
We now travel to Kidsgrove back in the league this Tuesday.
