Sullivan opened the scoring in the 19th minute when his shot looped over goalkeeper Jake Eastwood - scoring in his seventh consecutive match.
Sheffield deservedly levelled four minutes later through James Gregory but Chasetown regained the lead against the run of play when Nathan Waite nipped in ahead of the defender and finished powerfully.
The visitors were dominant after the break and Sullivan added his second with a low drilled shot before Waite added his 20th goal of the season to make it 4-1.
Substitute Liam Bryan reduced the deficit to two goals before Nick Turton hit the crossbar for Chasetown and then pressured Jamie Hadfield to put a long goal kick from John Bateman into his own goal.
Richard Davies wrapped up a 6 goal performance in the final minute with the hosts well beaten.
