Chasetown dominated the first half and rained in efforts on the visiting goal, with Richard Davies striking the post and Paul Sullivan denied by a superb save from Peter Denton.
Denton, who had been booked early on for a foul on Nick Turton early in the first half was still the games man of the match despite the final scoreline.
In first half stoppage time, Chasetown finally broke the deadlock when Turton fired home a left footer inside Denton's near post.
Denton made a one-on-one save at the start of the second half to deny Turton his second goal and then made a host of fine saves including denying Lee Butler with a fingertip save.
With ten minutes remaining, substitute Danny Griffiths doubled Chasetown's lead with a shot that bobbled over Denton's outstretched arm.
Nathan Waite netted a third three minutes with a right footer from twelve yards from time before Sullivan advanced into the six yard box and rounded off a 4-0 win in stoppage time dinking the ball over Denton.
