The nomadic hosts took the lead in the 21st minute with a crisp low shot from Glynn Blackhurst into John Bateman's left hand bottom corner leaving the Chasetown keeper with no chance.
The visitors had early chances but finally drew level five minutes from the interval. Richard Davies twice won the ball with strong challenges before the ball was slipped through to Sullivan who chipped over the advancing Danny Roberts and beyond the defender on the line.
Just after the midway point of the second half, Nathan Waite battled into the area and when his shot was blocked Sullivan slammed home the loose ball.
Six minutes later, the Scholars Number 10 registered his hat trick beating off the attention of a couple of Norton defenders before firing beyond Roberts.
Substitute Danny Edwards almost added a fourth in stoppage time with a low shot that fizzed past the post.
