Chasetown made it three home wins on the bounce with a convincing display.
The home side took the lead in the 9th minute when a corner was cleared only as far as Peter Till who struck a first time volley past an unsighted Rob Peet.

Chasetown extended their lead with a superb team goal. Till crossed for striker Mitch Piggon who unselfishly headed for skipper James Dance who netted from a tight angle.
The Scholars went in for the kill and Ryan Walker barged over Josh Ruff when the winger surged into the box. Piggon took responsibility for the penalty and despatched it low to Peet’s left.
Gresley almost immediately reduced the arrears with an effort from Pearson Mwanyongo from just inside the penalty area.
Five minutes from time the visitors sowed a seed of doubt in the home defence as Walker netted from a right wing corner.
Chasetown were awarded a second penalty and Jack Langston converted against his former club.
