The Midland Alliance side took a 15th minute lead when an Adam Goodby effort beat stand in keeper Curtis Pond.

The home side were worthy of their half time lead but Chase leading scorer Nathan Waite levelled with a header just before the hour.

Loan striker Paul Sullivan fired a superb low shot beyond Paul Hathaway with quarter of an hour remaining while debutant Cameron Stuart curled home a free kick to make the game safe.

Waite added a late fourth as Chasetown moved into the semi final in their bid to retain the cup they won last May.
